Derek is an experienced soccer coach as well as a certified and accredited Crossfit Professional and Personal Trainer. He has a BS in Exercise Science from Westfield State University (1996) and has certifications in Fitness and Soccer. He is also the owner of CrossFit Ardor in Palmer, MA.
